The purpose of this memorandum is to officially inform you on the benefit of our research. This study was a mixed design research which includes both qualitative and quantitative research methods. It describes the complex nature of the worker and how they perceive their own experience within your company. My company has described the conditions on the workers, explore association, formulate theories, and will assist in implementation of the best options for your company. Our research has included observations of your workers, interviews, and questionnaires where we gathered pertinent data that applies to your organization structure of your company. The findings yielded that your company is in dire need of restructuring of the managerial department. Your organization does not have the correct configuration of authority and there is poor communication between managers and subordinates. My company feels that your managerial staff is under qualified for the positions successfully and professionally. We suggest that the managerial staff receive management education courses. We feel that your prior practice of hiring managerial staff must be concluded immediately.
